I found out read you can change a img file to an ima file and it shoud work. Is the download page for the Win95 boot diskette image files in img format.

Just change the extention to ima and see if that works. There is a 94a and a 95b file.

Edit: I just made a bootable iso file of a Windows 95 CD and the above img file. It booted as a floppy drive and I changed the drive letter to the CD drive at the prompt and started the Windows 95 setup. If the above does not work. I am 68 years old and sometimes I just don't soak it all in. I have watched several videos and they are either too fast or one can not read the small screen text. I made a ISO copy of my Windows 95 CD, and down-loaded the windows 95 install ISO. Could someone write a step by step text file or if there is one available point it out to me how to install Windows 95 and setup everything after installing, internet options are not all that important butt may be useful. I have now found out the Windows 955 I purchasd on Ebay is not an English version, so I am waiting on a Wndows 95 Upgrade CD so I can try again. I know I am old but it seems like someone would make a PDF or simular instructions one could go. Most if not all the videos are either too fast or no close up screen view of what they are doing. Since we have a drive A: in Virtulbox, avd everything there seemes to work I just do not understand why why when at the Dos prompt when I type Format C: it dosen't recognise C; even after I Fdisk it for 32 bit. I will get back with you when I get the CD if it is OK with you. No need for a physical floppy disk as you use a.img boot disk within dosbox.
